We like to focus on deals within the United States, but do have experience in Mexico and the Caribbean and may entertain a capital request in those areas from time to time.
Braco Realty Capital seeks capital requests mainly in the small to middle market ranging from $2 million to $60 million, and will entertain requests of larger size on a case by case basis.

Over Sixteen years of banking and real estate experience. Licensed Real Estate Broker, Colorado.
For the first four years out of college acted as a top producing loan officer for a national bank, then was promoted to branch manager and oversaw production of over $250 million in loans annually up until summer of 2008.
Brett has three children and lives with his wife in Highlands Ranch, CO. He enjoys playing golf, snowboarding and fly fishing. He has also logged nearly 800 hours as a commercial pilot.
